It’s well known that phones sell customers, but service keeps customers. As Sprint looked to increase its brick-and-mortar footprint across North America, Miriello Grafico was asked to explore what a next generation retail experience would look like. Using consumer research from the field and the interior space plan of the architect, a system of new graphic elements was proposed. Elements that could be easily produced, installed and frequently changed. After all, nothing stays the same anymore, particularly in the mobile communications world.
