When a husband-and-wife team bought what was arguably California’s oldest winery, their mission was to blend Old California influences of haciendas and ranchos with their modern, family-owned recipes. The wine lovers at Miriello Grafico jumped at the chance to express this unique combination, and designed labels that reflected a Mission-inspired heritage highlighted by a warm sophistication. Varietals were named after area landmarks like Cabrillo, La Jolla, and Coronado, instilling a sense of the past through vibrant local communities.
