Temecula Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau unveils new brand developed by MG
Temecula Valley’s growing travel and tourism sector was further strengthened today as a new brand for the region was introduced by the Temecula Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau (CVB) and MG. “Southern California Wine Country” debuted to several hundred Temecula Valley businesses and local media at the Temecula Valley Community Theatre. Intended to unify and promote the diverse offerings of the region, the new brand was a result of a year-long initiative by the CVB and MG that included strategic brand positioning, creation of a new identity and development of comprehensive writing and graphic standards. “Temecula Valley is a unique destination that offers a wine country setting in a Southern California locale. Our creative development was inspired not only by the richness surrounding winemaking, but by the relaxed attitude and sunny weather of Temecula Valley,” said Tracy Meiners, Art Director at MG. The CVB plans to rollout the brand over the next few months assisted by a 66-page Branding Guide developed by MG.
